STUDENT RATE
Students may register for all three days of the conference for $250. This rate is in effect until September 15, 2010. After this date, students pay standard registration rates. Valid student ID required for discount rate.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We will refund 50 percent of fees paid by registrants who submit written requests before September 15, 2009. Late requests will not be honored. Refunds will be processed after November 1, 2010. No refunds will be given if you register but are unable to attend.

REGISTRATION POLICY FOR FOREIGN ATTENDEES
Letters of invitation will be extended only to those who are registered to attend all three days of the conference and have paid the applicable registration fee. No refunds will be extended under any circumstances once registration has been paid. To request a letter of invitation, please write to:
